Cultural Sensitivity
At CCSS we believe no one should feel alienated or excluded, therefore, we prioritize cultural sensitivity and cultural and linguistic diversity. We take pride in our diverse team members who understand the needs and nuances of different cultures and communities and are willing to incorporate these sensitivities while delivering care and support to our clients.
Holistic Support
To live a meaningful and well-rounded life, differently-abled individuals need support and care in multiple areas. Therefore, under CCSS our core value is to ensure that individuals’ needs are met with utmost care and they also experience and enjoy holistic care: where they can perform daily functions while also participating in community life, engaging in healthy activities, and living their best life. It is possible with a holistic care approach that integrates both individual and community-level engagement and provides support and training to assist differently-abled individuals in all aspects of a person’s life.
Individual Focused
One of the core values of NDIS is to provide support and services that are centered around the needs of an individual i.eHuman Centric. As a result, our service is to support individuals based on their needs and preferences, rather than merely deliver a certain service. In that regard, CCSS-experienced professionals understand the needs of clients first and design and deliver support and care that meets these needs and wishes. We believe that a meaningful and dignified life is possible when the individual engages fully in the process of rehabilitation and care.
Experience and Trained Personal
Our staff at CCSS consists of trained professionals with years of experience in disability care and support services. The founding partners realized that care and support are more than mere service delivery and are committed to making CCSS a place where individual-focused, culturally sensitive, and inclusive services and care are provided 24/7 to the clients so they can live meaningful lives.
NDIS Framework
Certitude Community Support Services (CCSS) understands and commits to the NDIS framework and ensures our service design and delivery adhere to the standards set by the NDIS. To this end, our staff is here to assist individuals who need to understand NDIS better and improve their access to resources and services to live a well-rounded life.
